Christina, thanks for this dramatic shot!
I like the glowering skies, all moody and forbidding, and prophetic of heavy rain to come. I also like the stark of the sunlight, soon to come to end, in the foreground.
We had something like this here in Yate, south Gloucestershire, UK,yesterday. Huge mammatus clouds which delivered big rain. The skies were as dark as the one your photo portrayed.

Very dramatic sky, Christina! The dark sky in the distance, with the sun shining on it certainly looks threatening, already to produce an afternoon late-autumn thunderstorm soon and highlights the long, straight city streets and business district in the foreground! Hope that you weren’t caught out when the storm did eventually come! Run for cover! Rebecca Hill, Canberra, Australia
